Drama Workshops

Drama workshops are a fantastic opportunity for organisations to develop staff, clients or audiences.

Specialising in drama, I offer a bespoke service to devise and facilitate workshops, lesson plans and education packs. Benefiting from my current position as a drama tutor alongside 13 years of experience working within Client Services in the West End, I combine my knowledge of clients’ needs with my expertise in drama in education to offer a unique service. I work alongside clients to determine their objectives before devising a step by step outline to address their needs. Whilst devising I am completely transparent with the client to ensure they are happy with the process. Once completed, I either hand the full outline over to the client, or facilitate the drama workshop myself. As a workshop facilitator I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and public liability insurance.

Most recently I have devised education packs for Hairspray in the West End. Working to a brief they provided, I created a course of lesson plans for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils focused around the themes, characters and songs in the production. I have also been facilitating drama workshops for Kenny Wax Ltd and all Stories Theatre Company. I have created bespoke workshops focused around 2 children’s productions running in the West End – We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and Room on the Broom. Hosted in libraries, shopping centres and bookshops, these free drama workshops allow the productions to increase their audience reach and to further children’s enjoyment of the shows.
